Regarding your camping application: • Ages 8 through 14 may qualify for a campership. • Camping space may not be available during all track breaks. • Parental involvement and assistance is required. • All approved campers must have a physical exam prior to the camp departure date. • Parent, foster parent, or legal guardian must provide transportation to and from the physical appointment and the camp departure/return site. • Camping space is limited. No-shows and last minute cancellations may result in other children missing a camping opportunity. • Please fill out the camping application and health history form completely, with all copies attached. Your child may qualify for a fun, worthwhile camping experience! • All camping sessions are overnight stays. • The Sun Camp Fund will screen all applications relative to economic need. Campers must meet health and safety criteria established by each camping agency in order to attend camp.
